Corfu & Paxos
Corfu has become our go to destination for our annual summer holidays - the combination of food, sunshine, sea and boating ticks just about every box I can think of for a relaxing time away from the UK in the holiday season. Paxos (described as an Olive grove with beaches by one of the locals) is a newer addition but its crystal clear waters for early morning swims and open waterfront tavernas have made it a firm favourite.
